On the day of departure the studio should be vacated by 10h30. New arrivals can have access from 15h30.

All rates include electricity and water.

A deposit of 25% is required on making the booking and the balance must be paid 6 weeks  prior to booked arrival date.

Should the booking be made less than 6 weeks ahead of arrival date the balance can be paid by direct transfer or through PayPal.
